学术成果

近年来,主要从事半导体薄膜及器件的产业化应用研究。目前,主持国家自然科学基金1项,浙江省公益性科技计划项目2项,第一作者申请国家发明专利35项,获得授权20项,在国际学术杂志上发表SCI论文60余篇,获得浙江省教学成果奖二等奖1项,中国商业联合会科学技术奖二等奖1项。
